Advertising Information and Publishers Policy

Be First Media Group Inc., (Company) owns and operates My420Netwoks   with a network of state-specific websites and social media accounts accepts advertising from third parties (Advertisers) for each state-specific website (“Company Websites”) and social media accounts per state or across all or part of the network of Company Websites.

  1. Advertisements: General Information

Forms of advertising and content marketing features (sometimes referred to as “sponsored content”) may include third party assets (known and referred to collectively as Advertising, Advertisements, Content, Content Marketing Features or Sponsored Content) to include:

  1. Banners, featured content for clients, sponsored content, targeted advertising zones, and business directories. Advertising may be purchased on a state-specific or in any combination of websites owned by the Company, depending on the client and legal state advertising requirements regarding Cannabis Advertising.
  2. Based on our established and defined policy, “Advertising,” “Advertisements,” “Content,” “Sponsored Content,” and “Business Directories” include:
  3. Third-party links, banners, organic inclusions, or native advertisements. In addition, content marketing elements include custom-branded content, partnered content, product reviews, and placement of advertising in business directories based on the publisher’s discretion.
  4. All advertisers on the Company Websites are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, and authenticity of their advertisements. In addition, all advertisers advertising cannabis-related products that are bound by their state laws and regulations regarding cannabis advertising are responsible for meeting and following their state laws.
  5. The Company policy regarding advertisements, content, and sponsored content provides definitions and guidelines for all advertisers and advertising with the Company websites on the Company website. The Company, at its sole discretion, may determine and enforce the “Advertising Policy” at any time. The Company reserves the right to change or alter this policy any at any time. Revisions to the “Advertising Policy” will be published to the Company Website as changes occur and implemented in a timely manner determined by the Company.

2) Advertising: Policy Guidelines and Details

  1. The Company, at its sole discretion, has complete control, to determine the exact types of Advertisements to be approved and published on the Company’s Network of websites.
    1. Any advertisements, which has been approved to be published on the Company’s network of websites, at any time, should not be considered a recommendation, commendation, validation, or endorsement of the advertised product, service, Company, and/or personnel.
  • Content Marketing: Content Marketing Features and Sponsored Content. All editorial content on the Company websites should be assumed at all times to contain Advertisements potentially. The Company utilizes an organic to all content marketing programs and sponsored content with the development of editorial features and product. The organic approach to editorial content, sometimes referred to as “native advertising,” may make it difficult to determine the difference between the Company’s own editorial features for the website’s editorial plan and Advertisements.
    • The Company will never knowingly publish Advertisements that the Company has concerns or believes in any manner that are fraudulent or deceptive. In addition, Company takes great efforts and with due diligence to ensure all Advertisements are accurate and ethical in nature. In addition, advertisements that could reflect in a negative manner for the cannabis industry and market will not be permitted to be published at the sole discretion of the Company.
    • The Company determines advertising categories, markets, and segments within a market for publication on the Company’s websites at its sole discretion.
    • The Company reserves the right to identify and determine advertisement categories that are not acceptable or suitable for publication on the Company’s website. Any advertising categories that are restricted or determined in violation of policies will never be knowingly published by the Company Network of websites under any circumstances.

Prohibited advertising categories include but are not limited to:

  • Advertisements that appeal to minors or individuals under the age of 21
  • Unsubstantiated health claims or other exaggerated medical statements
  • Explicit pornographic images or references
  • Weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition
  • The depiction or contextualization of gambling
  • Emergency simulations or the depiction of law enforcement policies
  • Advertisements promoting services or products from competing for business entities
  • Advertisements that deceive users into believing displayed content are computer functions, prompting them to click without reasonable doubt.
  • Advertisements that flash, strobe, or emit light in a way that might be offensive or dangerous to an individual’s health
  • Offensive, objectionable, deceitful, or untrustworthy content (The Company maintains sole discretion in determining what qualifies for offensive, objectionable, deceitful, or unreliable content)
  • Content that misrepresents marginalizes or discriminates against any individual or group based on age, race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or any other discriminatory content/contextualization that the Company deems inappropriate.
    • My420networks maintains the right to publish, un-publish, cancel, or reject or remove any advertising from the Company Website at any given time, with or without notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
    • Content, Content Marketing Features, and Sponsored Content with links on the Company’s Network of Websites may only direct web traffic to the Company’s network of websites or the Advertisers respective website.
    • My420 Networks, Company and across the Company’s network of websites, at their sole discretion, has the right to determine how Advertisements are displayed on the websites.
    • Content Marketing Features, Sponsored Content, Advertisements, and Advertising may appear in any search results because each advertising product includes keywords, topics, and metadata used by the Company.
    • Because of different platforms, websites, mobile phones, and any other device that can possibly or are capable of displaying digital media, the Company cannot will not or assure that Advertising will function correctly or without any error across any other platforms mentioned in this paragraph.
    • Advertisers are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations (both foreign and domestic) that are applicable to their company’s Advertising on the Company’s website and network of websites. Advertisers that are required to meet specific county, state or federal regulations, rules and laws based on their business requirements for adverting must review their specific state of operation laws and regulations, and The Company is not to be held liable for any violation of said laws or regulations by the Advertiser at any time.
    • Advertisers must maintain and include all legally required documentation, information, disclosures, and statements in their Advertising. This would include any required information by county, state, and federal laws and regulations that are applicable to their Company and advertising. Also, this includes all current FDA regulations for Direct to Consumer Advertising.
    • At any time the Company becomes aware of any Adverting or Advertising Client that violates any legal applications or regulations, the Company at its sole discretion,  may cancel the Advertising Agreement between the Advertiser and the Company without notice, remove any advertisements that are in violation from the Company website or Network of Websites and the Company is not liable in any manner by/ or to the advertiser.
